Prof. Qiang Li is a Full Professor and Founding Director of the Institute of Integrated Circuits and Systems, UESTC. He received the B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), Wuhan, China and the Ph.D. degree in Electronic Engineering from the Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, in 2001 and 2007, respectively.
He has been working on analog/RF and mixed-signal circuits in both academia and industry. In 2001-2002, he was an RTP analog design engineer at the Centre for Wireless Communications (now I2R, A-STAR, Singapore). In 2006-2008, he was a senior engineer and project leader at the Insititute of Microelectronics (IME), A-STAR, Singapore. In 2008-2009, he was a Technical Consultant at the OKI Techno Centre (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.. In 2011-2014, he was an Associate Professor at Aarhus University, Denmark. He has been the Vice Dean of the School of Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics, UESTC, during 2014-2018.
Prof. Li received the Young Changjiang Scholar award in 2015. He was a recipient of the National Support Program for Top-Notch Young Professionals (2011), UESTC Teaching Excellence Award (2011) and Service Excellence Award (2018).
He serves as the Distinguished Lecturer of the IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society (SSCS), a member of the Technical Program Committee of IEEE Custom Integrated Circuits Conference (CICC), a member of the Technical Program Committee of European Solid-State Circuits Conference (ESSCIRC), and a member of the Technical Program Committee of IEEE Asian Solid-State Circuits Conference (ASSCC). He was a member of the Student Research Preview (SRP) committee of the International Solid-State Circuits Conference (ISSCC) and the TPC Chair of the 2018 IEEE Asia Pacific Conference on Circuits and Systems (APCCAS). He served/serves as a Guest Editor of IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I: Regular Papers (TCAS-I) and an Associate Editor of IEEE Open Journal of Circuits and Systems (OJCAS). He is the Founding Chair of the IEEE Chengdu SSCS/CASS Joint Chapter.

Xiong Zhou received the B.S. degree from School of Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China in 2011, and the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Engineering, Aarhus University, Denmark, in 2016.
He is currently an Associate Professor with Institute of Integrated Circuits and Systems, and School of Electronic Science and Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, since 2017. His current research interests include analog-to-digital converters, biopotential amplifiers and acquisition systems, low-power analog and mixed-signal circuits.
He serves as the reviewer for several international journals and conferences.
