Prof. Qiang Li's Research Group in Analog and Mixed-Signal Circuits – 电子科技大学李强教授（低功耗集成电路与系统研究所）

Welcome to Prof. Qiang Li's research group at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. Our research interests are mainly in the area of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, with particular focus on:

Data converters;
Subthreshold/near-threshold analog design techniques;
Mixed-mode circuits and systems for biomedical and sensor Interfaces;
High-speed circuits for wireless and wirelined systems.

Based on and led by this group, the Institute of Integrated Circuits and Systems (IICS) was founded in 2016 as a university-level research center. A national-accredited international collaboration center was subsequently established in 2018, supported by the "111 Program" co-sponsored by the Chinese Ministry of Education.

2020/02.12, Prof. Li will serve as the Distinguished Lecturer of the IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society (SSCS) for a two-year term, from 2020 to 2021.
2020/01.11, Prof. Li will give a tutorial at ISCAS 2020, Seville, Spain, on "Low-Power ADCs with Time-Domain Techniques".
2019/10.22, Zheng Zhu's 14b 4MS/s time-domain ADC paper accepted by JSSC. Congratulations! Zheng is probably the first Master student in China who achieved a publication at JSSC.
2019/10.15, 3 papers accepted by ISSCC'2020 !!! We are probably the group with the most ISSCC'2020 papers in mainland China.
- Sanfeng Zhang's high-CMRR amplifier paper accepted by the Analog Subcomm - with IICS as the only affiliation. Congratulations!
- Pengfei Zhai's on-chip PSN analyzer paper accepted by the Digital Circuits Subcomm - with IICS as the only affiliation. Congratulations!
- Xin Si's SRAM CIM paper with Prof. Meng-Fan Chang in NTHU accepted by the Memory Subcomm - for 3 consecutive years - with IICS as the main collaborator. Congratulations!
2019/07, Prof. Li invited to serve as an Associate Editor of the newly founded IEEE open access journal, IEEE Open Journal of Circuits and Systems (OJCAS)
2019/04, Sheng Chang receives the ISCAS Student Travel Grant.
2019/03, Xin Si's ISSCC paper invited for the JSSC special issue on ISSCC.
2019/02, Prof. Li joins the ASSCC TPC, serving on data converter sub-committee.
2019/01, Prof. Li invited to serve as a Guest Editor of TCAS-I.

2014/02, Prof. Li has resigned from Denmark and assumed the vice dean's role after the Chinese New Year. The group is moved to the downtown campus and affiliated to the School of Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics as well as the State Key Lab of Electronic Thin Films and Integrated Devices.
2013/09, Prof. Li receives the "Top-Notch Young Professionals" award, a prestigious award in China. 200 awardees among all sectors in China every year. (我校3人入选国家首批青年拔尖人才支持计划)
